WHAT YOU NEED
  • 500g spinach
  • 4 big onions
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt & pepper
Chop the spinach leaves, onions & garlic. Heat half the oil in pan then add onions, garlic, salt & pepper. Stir until soft brown. Add chopped spinach leaves & cook until tender.
Remove from heat then add lemon juice and remaining olive oil.
