WHAT YOU NEED

Put little water in a cast iron cooking pot then add the baby okra, some salt and start cooking covered at medium heat.
When the baby okra thaws add the tomato paste which should just cover the okra.
Do not use the whole 500g of tomato puree, just enough to cover the okra and up to a maximum of 500g if your cooking pot is too large.
Add all ingredients and continue cooking on low heat for 15 minutes or until the lady fingers are tender.
